Overview
Tiger Collection is a web-based e-commerce platform that offers a diverse range of men's, women's, and unisex clothing, along with accessories such as shoes, bags, and wristwatches. The goal was to create an intuitive, visually appealing, and high-converting shopping experience that aligns with modern e-commerce best practices

The Challenge
The project aimed to solve key E-commerce pain points
Navigation & Usability: Ensuring users can effortlessly browse categories and find products.
Trust & Credibility: Building a visually appealing and professional-looking platform that fosters customer trust.
Seamless Checkout: Reducing cart abandonment through an intuitive and frictionless checkout flow.
Mobile Optimization: Ensuring a smooth shopping experience across all devices.
Tiger Collection
Tiger Collection was also out to provide a seamless online shopping experience with stylish, high-quality clothing and accessories, ensuring accessibility, affordability, and trend-focused designs.
Research and Insights
I conducted market research and analyzed competitor platforms to understand user expectations and pain points. I choose interviews for developing Tiger Collection because they offer deep insights, detailed feedback, and help refine requirements, while uncovering new ideas.
Key findings:
Users prefer minimalist and clean interfaces with clear product images.
A quick add-to-cart feature and smooth filtering system improve user engagement.
They want a place where fashion is stylish, affordable, high-quality, and easy to shop

User flow and Journey Map
I created a user journey map to outline the typical flow and processes a user would encounter when interacting with the app.
This helped me gain insights into the user's experiences and identify areas where i could enhance the app's usability and address pain points effectively
Lo-fi Wireframes and Sketches
Wireframes and sketches were instrumental in visualizing and conceptualizing Tiger Collection's user interface. They allowed me to quickly iterate on various design ideas, helping me envision how the e-commerce platform should look and function, ensuring a user-friendly interface and smooth navigation.
Hi-fi UI Designs
The next step was translating them into high-fidelity UI designs, showcasing the evolution from concept to reality, highlighting how colors, typography, imagery, and micro-interactions enhance the shopping experience. This transition ensures that the final product is not only user-friendly but also visually appealing and aligned with Tiger Collection’s brand identity.
Final Thoughts and Learning
This project reinforced the importance of user-centered design in e-commerce. By focusing on usability, aesthetics, and conversion-driven features, I was able to create a shopping experience that meets both user and business goals.
